Do you want to deepen your knowledge of payroll policy and other payroll challenges and do you have a strong interest in social legislation and payroll processing? Then you’ve come to the right place at Agidens! We are looking for an experienced payroll colleague to strengthen our team.

What will you do?

Together with our compensation & benefits specialist, you will ensure that our Belgian and Dutch branches’ salaries are processed correctly. You build a relationship of trust with colleagues and employees and contribute to the objectives of the HR team.

Your responsibilities:

  • The end of the month is all about payroll processing. You are responsible for the complete management of the payroll of white-collar workers and a few blue-collar workers in collaboration with our HR partner, SD Worx.
  • You are the point of contact for our employees regarding questions about social legislation, sickness and salary calculation, holiday entitlements, time credit…
  • Processing a healthy dose of administration does not scare you. You will draw up the personnel and social documents throughout the career of our employees and you report on important employee indicators.
  • You can look critically at our processes and take initiative to improve them where necessary. Progress never stops, not in the industry and not in HR!

Who are you?

  • Preferably, you obtained a Bachelor’s degree in an administrative field or equivalent through experience.
  • A couple years of experience with payroll and other administrative tasks are ideal.
  • You get enthousiastic about Smart Reporting, pivot tables… you name it!
  • By nature, you work accurately, numerically and in a structured way.
  • You like to work independently, but you also like to be part of a team.
  • You have a flexible mindset. You like to listen and listen carefully to answer questions from your colleagues.
  • You speak fluent Dutch and English
