In order to provide our customers with a clear framework regarding our maintenance services, we offer a Service Level Agreement that accurately describes the support we provide and the terms and conditions. The contract has a term of one or more years and can be modified according to the requirements of the company.
The 24/7 service of Agidens guarantees constant support, also outside office hours. Companies that sign an SLA can contact our service number in the event of unexpected problems to their installation. They will speak with one of our service engineers who will then provide assistance by telephone, remote or with on-site support. Every call is logged and reported. With this information you can avoid similar problems in the future and train your personnel to deal with the technical problems themselves.
