Order Management & Invoicing
Various stakeholders come together at the independent terminals where products are stored and transferred, namely the site owner, manufacturers, transporters, supervisors, etc. The transfers take place on the instructions of the owners and/or transporters. The costs of product storage or product transfer are controlled by the contracts between the manufacturers and the terminal operator.
Our Terminal Management System, ALINE, has a separate Order Management & Invoicing module to manage these contracts, keep an overview, and invoice the right amounts at the right time. By integrating this module, we can guarantee that all the data for invoicing are available in real time. This makes sure that nothing is overlooked.
Moreover, in this way, we significantly reduce the paper flow and also the re-entry of data. The Business Integration module allows the invoices to be sent directly to the accounting system for effective financial follow-up.
