To accelerate our growth in sustainability services and solutions Agidens is looking for an experienced Energy & Sustainability Manager. As lead you manage the E&S Consulting team; which includes: developing opportunities, delivering advice, leading projects, coaching team members, leading our internal ESG program.
What will you do?
- Drive and manage the entire sales cycle, from prospect through close, of Energy & Sustainability opportunities in close cooperation with our sales organization, CTO and General Manager Services
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services – or new ways of reaching existing markets
- Working closely together with customers and ensuring projects deliver quality results and adhere to scope, schedule, and budget
- Training and mentoring less experienced staff to enable them to take the lead on technical tasks
- Lead our internal ESG program, including carbon footprint and ESG reporting and certification
- Build our expertise in sustainability for manufacturing, and deploy it as new client offerings to our customers

- You have a solid understanding of energy and sustainability challenges and solutions in the industrial environment. You also continually develop your knowledge and skill set to keep up with the latest changes in the field.
