Why do we process personal data?

Your personal data is processed by Agidens for the following purposes and legal bases:

  • to implement an agreement;
  • to send out newsletters, invitations and other communications;
  • to respect legal requirements or to comply with requests from the competent authorities.

Through its websites Agidens collects only that personally identifiable information about you (such as your name, address, telephone number or email address) that you yourself provide us with (for example through an agreement, contact, registration, enrolment or survey). If there is certain information you do not wish to communicate to us then you are under no obligation to do so. It is possible that we may store, process and share personal data with our subsidiaries worldwide to gain better insight into your needs and to understand how we can improve our services. We never communicate personal data to other parties with which we have not concluded a processing agreement. With these parties (processors) we lay down in any such agreements the necessary measures to guarantee the protection of your personal data. We will not communicate the data provided to third parties unless this is legally required and authorised.

We can also share personal data with third parties if you give your permission for us to do so. You are entitled to withdraw this permission at any time.

If you do not want to be recognised then you need to set your Internet browser so that cookies are deleted automatically from your computer’s hard disk, so that cookies are blocked, or so that you are given a warning before a cookie is stored. Google Signals

Google Analytics will associate the visitation information it collects from Agidens‘ services with Google information from accounts of signed-in users who have consented to this association for the purpose of ad personalization.

This information is collected under a service called “Google Signals”, which is also a service of Google. With this information, Google Signals compiles for us multi-platform data reports on Google users that have enabled personalised advertising in their Google accounts.

This Google information may include end user location, search history, YouTube history, and data from sites that partner with Google—and is used to provide aggregated and anonymized insights into users’ cross device behaviors.
