COVID-19: organisation of our services
Following the recent events as a result of the COVID-19 virus, we would like to inform you about the further organization of our services.
It goes without saying that the health of our employees, customers, partners, suppliers and other relations is a priority. We as a company, need to take responsibility in limiting the contamination risk. Last week we already took the decision to take some drastic measures.
For example, all employees for whom it is possible will work from home and personal contacts in the context of business activities are kept to a minimum. Colleagues who are required to be on site or at our customers’ offices are informed of the safety measures to be taken and follow the advice provided by the company or location where they are working. We closely monitor the situation and continuously advise our employees about any new measures and agreements. We hereby follow the guidelines of the various authorities.
All our systems are highly digitally organized so that we can optimally guarantee the continuity of our services during this period. As our company operates internationally, some projects may experience delays due to travel restrictions. We count on your understanding if, due to circumstances, some things progress a little slower than usual.
Since our baseline is “progress brings us together”, we take our responsibility very seriously to continue to provide you with optimal support during these extremely challenging times. In consultation with you, our employees will be flexible in order to continue the cooperation in the most suitable and safe manner.
